What is the Isle of Man Innovator Visa?

The Isle of Man Innovator Visa programme is based on the UK's Innovator Visa programme but with additional benefits specific to the Isle of Man. Typically, the Isle of Man Innovator Visa programme has been designed for experienced entrepreneurs who wish to establish innovative and viable businesses in the respective region. This programme requires applicants to have a credible business plan, access to investment funds, ability to speak English and endorsement from the Isle of Man’s Department for Enterprise.

Requirements & Eligibility for the Isle of Man Innovator Visa Programme

To be considered under this Visa category, you must show that:

  • You are over the age of 18;
  • Your business idea has been endorsed by the Department for Enterprise
  • You have a minimum of £50,000 to invest in a new business or £200,000 to invest in an existing innovative business
  • You have savings of £945 held in your account for 90 days
  • You are a credible Applicant
  • You have an English Language ability at a minimum level of B2

What Documents are needed for the Isle of Man Innovator Visa?
