Apply For A UK Innovator Founder Visa

Our Client, a South American was the owner of a recruitment company popular in Argentina. He now wished to evolve his business and found a technological solution that could enhance his services.

We worked with our Client to make clear the innovation and obtain the Endorsement. Our client’s main concern was regarding the investment funds. We were able to work on provisions within the Immigration Rules that did not require him to hold the investment funds for the full period of time.

After submitting the Application, our client was granted a Visa.

Our Client, an Indian National with over 15 years’ experience as a businessman in the Sub-Continent and Middle East was looking to launch a health and wellbeing product. He felt the UK would be the ideal location for him to launch his product from.

The client required assistance with obtaining an Endorsement. We were able to prepare a Business Plan and have an application submitted to an Endorsing Body within three weeks and worked with the Endorsing Body to have him an Endorsement offer within a week. We were able to rely on our working relationship with the Endorsing Body to ensure a quick turnaround time. We were able to process his Visa Application a short while after and 2 weeks after enrolling his biometrics, he was issued with an Innovator Visa.

Our Client, a Kuwaiti National was working on an idea relating to the banking sector. She felt that the UK was the best fit in terms of where to launch her product from given the UK is a financial hub.

We work with a number of Endorsing Bodies who were excited about our Client’s project and our Client was able to select which Endorsing Body she wanted to work with. Following the Offer from the Endorsing Body, we reviewed our Client’s circumstances and processed her application.

She was granted her Innovator Visa after 10 days and is now in the UK working on her business.

Our Client, a Canadian National with a finance background came to us with an idea for a Business. Her ultimate goal was to be able to work on her business from the UK as there was a real market for that product.

We advised that the business may lack in terms of innovation and were able to put her in touch with a team of advisors who felt that the product could be improved and provide the innovation needed. The Client commented that she had already been rejected for an Endorsement but we felt with the amendment, we could secure the Endorsement. We prepared a new business plan and submitted the Endorsement Application. After further discussions with the Endorsing Body, an offer was made to the Client for an Endorsement.

The Visa Application was prepared on a priority basis and the Visa was issued to her after three weeks.

Our Client, a Chinese National living in Hong Kong had been working on an innovative product, which was not yet available around the world. He felt the UK would be the ideal market to launch his product from. Having listened to his business outline and his past experiences, we felt that the Innovator Visa would be ideal for him.

We strategised with our client as to the best way to present the idea to the Endorsing Body and prepared a Business Plan which demonstrated his idea was innovative, scalable and viable. Given our relationships with the Endorsing Bodies, we were able to secure an Endorsement within a few weeks. We moved on to the Visa Application stage and within 13 days, our client received permission to enter the UK.

Our Clients, both Indian Nationals and experienced businessmen were developing a piece of innovative software that they felt was ready to be launched from the UK. They wanted to register a Company in the UK. We advised that in order to be eligible for the Innovator Visa, they must show they have a business idea, which is innovative, viable and scalable. They must demonstrate that they have enough savings and demonstrate good knowledge of English Language.

A Business Plan was key to the Endorsement as it helps convey to the Endorsing Body that the business is Innovative, Viable and Scalable. Within 3 weeks, we were able to secure an Endorsement for our client and moved on to the next stage of the Visa process.
