CT600 and CT603 documents from HMRC
Most recent audited or unaudited Year End Accounts
Certificate of VAT registration
Evidence that you own, rent or lease your business premises
Certificate of Pay As You Earn (PAYE) registration
Employers Liability Insurance (Minimum cover £5 million)

If the Home Office finds that you have not complied with your duties as a Sponsor, your Licence can be suspended or revoked which will result in your Skilled Worker employee losing their job.
