What is the UK Skilled Worker By Investment Visa?

If you are an experienced businessperson looking for a career opportunity in the UK who also wishes to invest into a business, the Skilled Worker by Investment programme is ideal for you.

You MUST have access to personal funds of a MINIMUM of £200,000 to invest. This will be separate from any other fees incurred as part of the Visa process i.e. legal fees and Visa Application fees. Please note that we will request from you Proof of Funds from the outset.

We combine the Skilled Worker Visa with an investment opportunity in the Company that you will be working for. We will discuss your preferences, circumstances, and requirements, including the types of companies and business sectors that you may be interested in investing and working in.

We will then look to our existing database of contacts with established UK firms in the industry, or industries, that interest you, to begin to determine which ones could represent relevant targets for your investment and employment.

To be considered under this Visa category, you must show that:

  • The Company you wish to work and invest in must hold a valid Sponsor Licence;
  • You will do a job listed on the Home Office list of eligible occupations
  • Be issued with a valid Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS);
  • You are being paid the minimum salary requirement for the work you will be doing

What Documents are needed for the UK Skilled Worker by Investment Programme?

Below are the type of documents that would be needed for this Visa. This is not a definitive list, as you may be required to provide additional documentation depending on your circumstances. You should therefore look to provide the following:
  • A current passport or other valid travel identification.
  • A valid Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS)
