Bio:

Amer is the founding and managing Director at Cranbrook Legal. In this capacity, Amer oversees all staff and Client matters for Cranbrook Legal. Amer is a registered and regulated Solicitor with both the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) and The Law Society. Amer read law at London South Bank University and obtained his postgraduate qualification in Legal Practice from the College of Law (London, Bloomsbury).

With over 14 years’ experience in UK Immigration Law, he is considered to be at the top of his game when advising Clients. His Clients describe him as “passionate”, “knowledgeable” and “highly recommended” when advising on UK Immigration Law.

Amer boasts a diverse range of Clients from multinational corporations, High Net Worth Individuals to those fleeing persecution in their home countries. More recently and with the UK’s changing economic landscape, Amer has been advising technology based businesspeople from around the world on expanding their business operations to the UK.

Over his extensive career in UK Immigration law, Amer’s reputation amongst his peers, colleagues and the industry has grown from strength to strength and is recognised for his unrelenting and tenacious spirit when representing his Clients. Bio:

Tekhmeed leads the casework team at Cranbrook Legal with close to 10 years’ experience in UK Immigration Law. Tekhmeed read law at Middlesex University and is an aspiring Solicitor. Tekhmeed is aiming to qualify as a Solicitor through the recently introduced Solicitor Qualifying Examination (SQE) route.

Tekhmeed’s attention to detail and his ability to think outside the box has helped him achieve notable successes for Clients. His professionalism and outstanding client care skills have left Clients amazed at how quickly he is able to work through their Applications to great success with limited fuss. Tekhmeed is clear, focused and always has the Clients best interests at heart.

Over the course of his career, Tekhmeed has helped a number of businesses and business people in achieving their aims to expand their business operations in the UK, whether as an existing UK business looking to hire foreign national workers or foreign national business people who wish to set up their operations in the UK.

Bilal has recently joined the Cranbrook team having read Law.

Bilal has a range of experience in multiple areas of law and has recently decided to specialise in UK Immigration Law. At Cranbrook’s, Bilal assists in the preparation of business based immigration applications such as Sponsor Licence and Skilled Worker Visas. Bilal also has experience in assisting individuals at the First Tier Tribunal.

Aiman is an experienced Immigration Caseworker at Cranbrook Legal, with over four years of expertise in private and corporate immigration matters. She regularly handles complex applications and appeals before the First-tier and Upper Tribunals.

Her areas of focus include Overseas Business Representative visas, the Global Business Mobility route, and Sponsorship Licence applications. Aiman is known for her precision, transparency, and commitment to delivering clear legal guidance.

Aiman holds a Bachelor of Laws from Aberystwyth University and completed the Legal Practice Course at BPP University. She brings strong research, communication, and analytical skills to her work and is passionate about continuous learning and contributing to the success of Sindhu Immigration Services.

Arfan is an experienced litigator and has several years’ experience working for leading UK law firms in all aspects of County Court work. He has acted for a number of household names in the Insurance industry both on a delegated and referral basis. Arfan has developed his knowledge and expertise by acting for Claimants and Defendants from inception to trial.

Arfan’s technical knowledge enables him to swiftly understand the poignant issues in a contentious matter from the outset.

Arfan has expertise in acting for Claimants and Defendants in all aspects of County Court work including contractual disputes, Tolata claims, Insurance Litigation, claims for Indemnity and Property Damage claims. Arfan has particular expertise in Interim applications and achieving a successful and commercially viable outcome.

Arfan covers all aspects of Family law work including Divorce, Financial Relief, Children law and Tolata Proceedings.

Arfan advises on all financial issues arising from the end of a personal relationship, whether through divorce, dissolution, separation, children’s needsor the death of a spouse or partner.

Arfan has acted for household names in the Insurance industry in defending Personal Injury claims and drafting advice on Defending fraudulent claims and claims which appear fundamentally dishonest.

Arfan also acts for Claimants in advising and recovering compensation for Personal injury in Road Traffic Accidents, Employers Liability /Public Liability, from inception to trial.

Ahmed is the first port of call for Clients contacting Cranbrook Legal for the first time and assisting them with their initial enquiries. Ahmed obtained a BSc in Economics as well as an MSc in International Financial Management. Prior to joining Cranbrook Legal, Ahmed helped to acquire, set up and establish multiple Start Ups and Franchises giving him an abundance of experience in developing relationships with Clients/Customers.

Ahmed is an approachable, friendly and compassionate member of the Cranbrook Legal team who is able to quickly identify and offer practical solutions to Clients with immigration concerns. Clients often comment that after speaking with him, they feel at ease as they now have a clear idea of where they stand and what next steps they need to take to achieve their immigration goals.
