A LITTLE ABOUT ME

My involvement in immigration is not only professional. My parents migrated to the UK in the early 60’s and therefore, I know first-hand what it means to my clients when they choose to relocate themselves to the United Kingdom. I also understand that Clients are not only looking for Immigration advice but general advice about where to live, what schools to send their children to and so on. My ability to advise on such a broad spectrum and to think strategically is what gives me an edge over other Immigration lawyers.

I first began working in Immigration in 2008 and in 2016 I established Cranbrook Legal, a firm who specialises in Immigration Law but also advises on matters relating to Family Law and Litigation. In those 8 years, before starting Cranbrook Legal, I came to realise that clients’ main source of frustration was the level of service they received from their Immigration lawyers. At Cranbrook Legal, we pride ourselves on the service our clients receiveand our feedback and reviews confirm this.

I personally head each immigration case which means you can be rest assured that your case will not be passed off to a junior lawyer to handle. If I am unavailable to speak to you, a member of staff with full knowledge of your matter will be available to discuss your case with you. I have developed a proven formula, which delivers our clients success and I believe this can work for you too.

We are completely transparent with our legal fees, which means that at the beginning of your case, you will have certainty about how much your case will cost. In immigration matters, we work on a fixed fee basis, which means that once we have agreed a fee for the work, we will not charge you more than what we have agreed. There are no hidden charges or surprises, just 100% certainty.

I appreciate that our fees are not the cheapest, but they are certainly not the most expensive. Due to the way my teams are structured and the use of innovative technology, I am able to keep the firm’s overheads low, which means those savings can be passed on to you when our fees are agreed. I find that our honest approach to pricing is well received by clients who appreciate the openness they do not get from some other firms.

WHAT TO EXPECT NEXT

Once we have reviewed the information you have provided:

• One of my team members or I will be in touch to have a chat about your case and advise what you should do next. We may also give you a price range for the costs of handling your matter; and
• If required, we will arrange a meeting to discuss your case in full, the strengths and weaknesses and our quote for carrying out the work; and
• If you decide to proceed with us, we will draw up the paperwork and provide you with our terms of business. Upon receipt of payment, we will begin work on your case.
• If we are unable to assist, for example, you are looking for Legal Aid or have asked for advice in an area of law we do not specialise in, we will let you know as soon as possible.
