The Context
Our specialist business immigration team recently received some wonderful news that our client’s Innovator visa application was successful. Having previously assisted applicant in obtaining a Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa, we were delighted to support them once again.
How We Assisted
In our initial consultation, applicant shared their new innovative business idea and expressed interest in exploring the possibility of applying for the Innovator visa. After conducting a detailed assessment, our team confirmed that applicant met the requirements outlined in the Immigration Rules.
We assisted applicant throughout the entire process, guiding them in obtaining an endorsement from an approved provider. We liaised with the Endorsing Body to see how they received the business idea. They advised that the idea had potential, but that we would need to submit a formal application for endorsement.
The Endorsing Body had some questions about the business idea following the submission which applicant was able to answer. The Endorsing Body then requested a formal interview with the applicant, which resulted in a successful endorsement for the applicant.
We then moved on to the visa application stage and advised the client of the documents we would need for the application. The client provided them to us for review, which allowed us to complete the visa application.
The Outcome
Thanks to our collaborative efforts, applicant received their Innovator visa within just two weeks from the date of their biometric enrolment.
