We worked with a startup eager to obtain their sponsor licence. They wanted to hire skilled workers from overseas to fuel their business growth and enhance competitiveness.
However, being a small company, they harboured concerns about the sponsor licence application process, especially regarding the associated costs and potential risks.
With our deep understanding of the sponsor licence application process, we advised the startup about the requirements and assessed their eligibility. We were confident that they met the requirements, and it would now be necessary to assess whether they could provide the mandatory documents.
Working with the head of HR, we identified four of the seven mandatory documents that they could provide. We then identified other supporting documents that they could gather and submit as part of their application to the UK Government.
Finally, we supported and guided them through the application process, making sure they met all the requirements and deadlines. After they submitted the online application form, we advised on how and where the supporting documents would be submitted.
Thanks to our expertise and support, the startup successfully obtained their sponsor licence, which enabled them to hire the skilled workers they needed to expand their business and compete with larger companies in the UK.
Since then, the start up has achieved remarkable success, and we are proud to have been a part of their journey.
